Capacity Building
Many groups interested in pursuing and currently engaged in youth led social change need additional support to develop the infrastructure necessary to become strong, sustainable, high-impact organizations. We understand that our commitment to seeing the potential of grassroots leaders and organizations must be matched by a willingness to invest in their ongoing growth, learning and development.
Investing in the capacity of our grantee partners and creating opportunities for the broader landscape of youth practitioners to learn about the process and practice of youth-led social change are critical components of our strategy for strengthening the youth-led social change field in Connecticut.

Workshops & Trainings
Throughout the year, we offer workshops and trainings free of charge to both our grantee partners and to youth practitioners across Connecticut. These trainings are designed for front-line staff interested in building their skills and tools for supporting youth voice, leadership, and critical analysis.
