Over the past 18 months, our Board, Strategy Council and staff have collectively engaged in a journey to develop a new strategic framework. Emphasizing a transformative change approach, we engaged our grantees, partners, and other stakeholders in the development of this framework, and concurrently committed to an internal organizational development process intended to deepen our learning on the dynamics of race, power and privilege in the context of our work as a family foundation. This journey has deepened our analysis and commitment to supporting Black and Brown youth led movements for racial and social justice.

Words from Our Stakeholders

A Letter from Sheila Perrin, Co-Founder & President of The Perrin Family Foundation
